Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled within 12 hours of successful checkout. If the cancellation request is approved within this window, I will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days under the standard refund process (your bank/card timeline may vary).

Order Information Changes

Within 12 hours of purchase, you may request updates to shipping address, recipient name, or contact information.

After 12 Hours

After 12 hours, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible, as the order may already be processed and handed to the carrier. I will make best efforts to assist, but completion is not guaranteed after the 12-hour mark.
