About Me — ducba

Hello—I’m the person behind ducba, a small independent print-on-demand brand. I grew up in a place with a strong garment-making tradition—also my family’s main trade—so fabrics and fashion have been part of my life since childhood. That early experience planted a long-standing dream to build a brand, a workshop, or a store of my own.

I earned a Fashion Design degree from the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD), Lakewood, Colorado. While studying, I also worked in fashion shops to gain hands-on experience and help cover living expenses. In 2016, as POD apparel took off, I realized it fit me perfectly and opened my first print studio in Colorado under the brand name ducba. My original goal was simple: serve the local community—friends, family, and neighbors.

Back then, I printed what customers brought in—names, memorable photos, and fun personal slogans—on everyday tees. Every order brought joy and smiles, and those moments remain some of my favorite memories. For nearly ten years I poured my energy into this work. Over time, walk-in traffic declined as shopping habits shifted in the digital age.

In early 2025, I fully transitioned to online operations at ducba.store. It was bittersweet, but it opened the door to a future that matches how people really shop today.

Now, through my online store, I sell fashion pieces I design myself along with styles popular with young customers. In the near future, I plan to reintroduce custom on-demand printing for anyone who wants a truly unique, personal design.
