Your responsibility: You are fully responsible for legal or other issues arising from your uploads and resulting POD products. Ducba is not liable for damages caused by copyright infringement or restricted-image use on your product. Review your design carefully before ordering.

Your rights: You retain full ownership of your designs. I claim no rights beyond the limited license needed to print/fulfill your order, provide customer support, and operate the site. You may delete your listings at any time.

Right to refuse: I may refuse to print/create products or refuse shipment for uploads that violate this policy.

Removal: I may remove designs or listings that violate this policy without prior notice.
Prohibited Uses (Site Conduct)
You agree not to:

Damage, disrupt, or interfere with site operation, availability, or access;

Upload, transmit, or distribute malware (viruses, spyware, malicious code);

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining) without my written approval;

Enforcement
I may remove content, cancel related orders, restrict access, and ban repeat infringers. I may cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement where required.
Reporting Infringement
