A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
Ducba’s policy is to:

B. What Happens After a Valid Notice is Received
Upon receipt of a valid intellectual property claim, Ducba will:
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 24–48 business hours.
Notify the individual or entity who posted the content about its removal.
C. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location (specific URL).
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your full contact details (Full Name, Mailing Address, Telephone Number, Email Address).
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Your electronic or physical signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, Ducba may notify the original complainant. Unless the complainant seeks a court order to prevent restoration, the removed material may be reinstated within 10–14 business days.
D. Important Notice
Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
