At Ducba Store, we want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.


1. Return Policy Overview

2. Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns and exchanges for any of the following:

  • You received the wrong size, color, design, or style

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You changed your mind (as long as the item is still in new condition)


3. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet these conditions:

Acceptable Conditions

  • Item is in brand-new condition, unused, and not displayed.

  • No scratches, cracks, stains, odors, or signs of mishandling.

  • Returned in the original protective packaging (box, bubble wrap, corner protectors, etc.).

  • All accessories (e.g., hanging hardware, certificate of authenticity if included) are intact.

Unacceptable Conditions

  • Artwork that has been hung, displayed, or used.

  • Scratched, bent, water-damaged, or broken frames/canvas.

  • Missing protective packaging or accessories.

  • Return initiated after 30 days of delivery.

  • Customized or made-to-order artworks (unless defective).

Note: Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund and may be shipped back at your expense.


4. How to Submit a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@ducba.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return label (free for defective/damaged items).

  3. Pack your artwork securely with original packaging.

  4. Ship it back using the provided label.

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.

  • After that, items may enter production/shipping and can only be returned after delivery.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for eligible artworks (different size, frame type, or design).

  • Follow the standard return process and note your exchange request.


8. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, your refund will be issued as a gift credit (digital voucher) upon approval.


9. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with U.S. consumer protection laws. If you reside in a region with additional protections, those rights are fully respected.
