Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

During high-demand periods (holidays, product launches, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Costs

Ducba Store applies a flat shipping rate of $4.00 per order.

This flat fee applies to all U.S. orders, regardless of location.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm payment.

Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delays & Exceptions
Your order may be delayed if:

The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete (e.g., missing apartment/unit number).

Weather conditions or natural events disrupt carrier service.

Carriers experience delays beyond Ducba Store’s control.
While Ducba Store cannot guarantee carrier timelines, our support team is here to help track your package and resolve issues.
Multiple Items in One Order

Orders with multiple artworks may ship in separate packages to protect each piece and ensure faster delivery.

It is common to receive one package before another. Don’t worry — the remaining items are still on their way.
Shipping Limitations

Ducba Store currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders cannot be split between multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for shipments to different addresses.

We can ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes in the U.S.
